Viscera Film Fest – Extended Deadline!
The Viscera Film Fest, which Fatally-Yours.com is proud to sponsor, has announced that due to an overwhelming demand, the deadline has been extended for submissions and the rules have been changed…
The new rules are:
Female directed and produced films may enter, as long as their piece is 30 seconds-30 minutes long.
The Viscera Series Award, a monetary prize specifically designed for women-only productions, will be given to one filmmaker.
Deadline is now October 15th, 2007.
This innovative festival is put on by The Chainsaw Mafia and is focused on bringing forth female talent in the male-dominated horror industry. Independent filmmakers (both female and male), should check out The Chainsaw Mafia’s website, which includes a message board specifically designed for low-budget productions where you can find a cast and crew for your next film as well as support and advice on independent productions.
