Sign the Petition to turn Gabrielle Faust’s Book Vampire Series “Eternal Vigilance” into a Film
Gabrielle Faust has been a contributing staff writer to Fatally-Yours for quite some time, but not only that, she is an accomplished author (which you probably already knew). Her vampire series, Eternal Vigilance (which we reviewed here and here), has a dedicated following and for very good reason. Her novels create a whole new post-apocalyptic, cybergoth world populated by vampires, evil organizations and the big baddie of them all, an ancient and vicious vampire god called Vicinus. Her stories are bold, packed full of action and fully fleshed-out characters, with ample parts of bloody violence.
Which is why we are so excited to find out that Faust has partnered with filmmaker Anthony Brownrigg (interview), who wrote, directed and starred in underground favorite Red Victoria (review), to bring the Eternal Vigilance stories to the screen! They are currently working on a script adaptation, but need your help to prove to the studios that there is a demand for an Eternal Vigilance film!
Faust and Brownrigg have created an online petition where they hope to obtain 500,000 signatures between now and the end of the year from people who think Eternal Vigilance would make a great film! They will present the petition along with the script as evidence of their dedication to the film as well as the audience who eagerly awaits the film’s creation.
