Pre-Production on Biff Juggernauts’ Vampire Flick “Dead Sucks” Begins
The new horror-comedy that’ll have the dead rising from their graves…in protest. Preliminary production on BiFF JUGGERNAUT’s newest feature flick, Dead Sucks, is underway.
Written originally as a feature-length TV pilot, the film’s writer/director Elias (LovecraCked! The Movie [review], The Voice Inside) would like to see the movie spawn a series or at the very least some sequels.
Read the synopsis:
Dead Sucks, the 2nd feature film from writer/director Elias, chronicles the misadventures of Burt, a wayward vampire with a “messy” past, an uncertain future and an annoyingly persistent sleeping problem. Rejected by both vampires and humans alike, he searches to find his place in a world where the only thing that sucks more than being alive is being dead.
Pursued by a Stranger with a thirst for more than blood, and a mad trucker hellbent on taking his “gift”, Burt finds an unlikely ally when he crosses paths with Besty, a punkish girl who knows how to kick some ass and doesn’t look back. Will Burt escape the the Stranger that stalks his every move? Will he find in Besty someone to share his cursed existence with or will he be doomed to a life of endless hitchhiking and one night stands?
Find out why it sucks to be dead.
A teaser trailer, pics and more are now available on the movie’s official site www.deadsucks.com. Look for a full trailer soon, to be followed by the online release of a short prologue (the first 7 minutes of the film), intended to give viewers a taste of what’s to come.
