Grindhouse Trash Takes Over New York City Again!

Wild Eye Presents: THE SATURDAY NIGHT SHOCK SHOW!

Vintage schlock trailers and an 80s zombie flick!

NEW YORK, NY – Wild Eye Releasing returns to The Two Boots Pioneer Theater on Saturday, August 2nd 2008 to present another chill and laugh-filled festival of frights – The Saturday Night Shock Show! The jumps and jolts on this double bill begin flickering at 11:30 pm with The Revenge of The New York Grindhouse Trailer Show – all new reels featuring vintage horror and cult trailers from 35mm, including Demon Seed, The Master Gunfighter, Lady Frankenstein, The Legend of Hell House, Phase IV, Naked Countess, and many more!

Following the trailer show, right after the stroke of midnight, will be a rare 35mm showing of Andrea Bianchi’s legendary 1981 Italian zombie gorefest Burial Ground (aka: Zombie 3, Nights of Terror). Not for the weak of stomach, this zany zombie gutmuncher ranks with the best of the genre, including Fulci’s Zombie and the Blind Dead series.

So, if you’re in the New York City area, be sure to join Wild Eye in celebrating hothouse horror in the heat of summer with a double dose of deadly Grindhouse gross-outs and giggles!

Order your tickets early, Wild Eye’s Friday the 13th Fright Show sold out very quickly, and over 50 fans were turned away from all the fun!

The Pioneer is located at 155 3rd Street @ Avenue A in NYC.
